Terms of Service
Terms for using PulseLake Simulations, provided by Ockham Labs Inc.
Service and account
PulseLake Simulations lets you configure and run synthetic persona research and scenario simulations, then view saved results. You must provide accurate account information, protect your access, and use the service only where you are authorized to do so. You are responsible for activity under your account unless caused by our failure to provide reasonable security.
Your inputs and results
You retain the rights you have in material you submit. You grant Ockham Labs Inc. the limited permission needed to process that material to provide the service. You must have the rights and permissions needed for any material you upload. Subject to applicable law and third-party rights, you may use the reports generated for your account. Do not submit content that violates another person's rights or applicable law.
Nature of simulated findings
Simulated personas and world outcomes are model-generated scenarios, not responses from real participants or guarantees of future events. Results can be incomplete or inaccurate. Review the study design, evidence, and limits before using a report to make a consequential decision; obtain real-world validation where appropriate.
Credits and payment
When a run requires credits, the service presents a credit estimate or maximum and asks for authorization before execution. Actual usage, releases, and purchase history are shown in your account. Purchases are processed by a third-party payment provider; the checkout terms and applicable law govern payment and refunds. Credits are service-use units, not cash or a financial instrument. Contact support if a run or credit settlement appears incorrect.
Acceptable use
Do not use the service to break the law, infringe rights, compromise security, interfere with other users, bypass access or usage limits, or misrepresent synthetic findings as interviews with real people. We may restrict access when reasonably necessary to protect the service or comply with law.
Availability and changes
We work to keep the service available, but features and third-party dependencies may change or be interrupted. We may modify these terms; material changes will be communicated as required by applicable law. Continued use after the effective date of updated terms indicates acceptance where permitted by law.

Contact hello@pulselake.co for account, billing, or service questions. Nothing in these terms removes consumer or privacy rights that cannot lawfully be waived. Applicable law determines the rights and remedies available for a dispute.
